**Transactional coordination (TC) services and our additional automation-geared services (property prep; cleaning, gathering more photos/video(s), lockbox installation) are billed separately and are in addition to our fees.**
In our done-with-you partnership program you will get to work directly with Tanner and others on live group calls.
