This is not the finite, formal qualification. That will be conducted once you find a home and/or have gone through the pre-qualification process.

1) Have you been current on all rent or housing payments over the last 12 months? *

2) Is your rental history verifiable? (If so, can you provide the contact?) *

3) Will your landlord provide a letter stating you have been on time with rental payments for the past 12 months? (If credit score is under 620 this will be a requirement) *

4) How do you earn income, and can it be verified? *

Self employed: 2 years of tax returns or 12 months of bank deposits required. W2 wage earner: Last year’s W-2 and 2 current pay stubs. Pension/SSI/Disability etc.: Last year’s 1099 or current award letter.

5) Can you provide at least 12 months of income verification? *

6) Are there any outstanding liens or judgments that will appear on your credit? *

7) Have you ever applied for a home loan and what were the results? *

A denial from a bank will not determine if you are or are not qualified with us.

8) Are you currently in foreclosure, forbearance, or bankruptcy? *

9) Do you have any open credit lines on your credit report? (Car payment, credit card etc.) *

This will help us see your payment history. Your credit score itself is not being judged. If you do not have any open lines, you can show the payment history of 2 accounts (for example: car insurance payment history, phone bill payment history, Netflix payment history, electric payment history, etc.)

10) Do all borrowers have a SSN or an ITIN? *
