Step 2 - Work with Our Team to Find the Best Home

Together we will find you the perfect home from our inventory. From there, we will discuss what your options are and find you the best options based on your buying criteria and qualifications.If you have already found the home you love, we will complete any necessary steps and begin the process of opening escrow with the 3rd party title company.

Step 3 - Getting You into Your Home

Once you find the home you want, our team will begin the process of opening escrow with the 3rd party title company. From there, our transactional coordinator will act as a liaison between you, Simple Start Homes, and the title company to ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and that the transaction runs smoothly. From there, you will close on your new home!
