Simple Start Homes is a company that provides individuals with solutions to become a homeowner through our rent-to-own and owner financing programs.
What is Rent-to-Own?
Our rent-to-own program allows you to start the home-buying process with a lower barrier-to-entry versus buying a home say through a bank or with owner financing.
This means that you only have to pay a small entry fee to purchase what's called an 'option period'. An option period is usually a 5-year term and what it allows you to do is work to repair your credit or perhaps start showing profit on your business (or whatever fits your scenario) to then be able to secure traditional financing.
The best part? The home price is locked in for your option period - all of the appreciation is yours.

Owner Financing
Our owner financing program allows you to become a home owner through our simpler home buying process.
This program differs from our rent-to-own program in that you own the home after closing through the title company or closing attorney. The owner financing program is more beneficial if you are able to put a larger down payment on the home. These down payments are usually about 10%-12% of the purchase price.
This program allows you to become a home owner without having to jump through the hoops and barriers like you do with traditional financing. This is perfect for individuals with bad or no credit, self employed individuals, 1099's, those who possess an ITIN, etc.
